Managing your data

You can export or permanently delete all of your data from inside the app: Settings → Privacy & data. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete your account

Account deletion is available in-app (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account) and by email: write to hello@aiovent.com from the email address on your account. Deletion removes your profile, logs, plans, messages, journal, rewards, links and alerts, and your sign-in account, within 7 days of a verified request.

A note on your wellbeing
